Robert S. From, DDS
General and Cosmetic Dentistry

Dr. Robert From has been in private dental practice since his graduation from New York University’s College of Dentistry in 1984.  He had maintained a practice for twenty years, and has been with us, at ADNY for the past three years.

Dr. From has taken numerous continuing education courses over the span of his career. He has been specially trained in advanced root canal techniques allowing for single-visit Endodontic Therapy.  He is also qualified to work with our new, state-of-the-art CEREC technology, a computer enhanced system that allows us to fabricate porcelain crowns and restorations for our patients in a single visit.

Dr. From was raised in the Brighton Beach section of Brooklyn and first attended Lincoln High School before receiving his Bachelors degree from Brooklyn College. He now resides in Manhattan with his wife Merri, his two sons Neal and Jeffrey, and daughter Daniella.

Dr. From is currently a member of the American Dental Association.

Demetrios Tsiokos, DDS
Periodontology

Dr. Tsiokos received his Masters of Science in General Dentistry at New York University where he also completed his post-graduate studies in Periodontics and Implantology.

Dr. Tsiokos is currently a member of the American Dental Association, American Academy of Periodontology, Academy of Osseointegration, New York State Dental Association, and the Northeast Periodontal Association. He is also a Diplomat of the American Academy of Periodontology.

In the ever-evolving field of Periodontology and Implantology, it is impossible to know everything, yet Dr. Tsiokos is very vigilant in staying abreast by attending numerous continuing education courses.  His goal is not only to know as much as possible about periodontal disease but to understand its causes. His continuous studying in understanding periodontal disease allows him to administer the most advanced treatments our patients are accustomed to.

Jarett Hulse, DMD
General and Cosmetic Dentistry

Dr. Jarett Hulse is a native New Yorker.  He grew up in Manhattan, attended Stuyvesant High School, then went on to obtain his dental degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine. He continued his post graduate education, completing a residency at
Kings County hospital in Brooklyn.  

Dr. Hulse continues to take courses, in many aspects of dentistry including, but not limited to, Cosmetic Dentistry, Dental Implantology, and Root Canal therapy.  Dentistry is a constantly changing profession and Dr. Hulse feels it is a dentist's duty to keep up on all the latest advances, so he can perform the very best treatment that is currently available.

Dr. Hulse believes very strongly in treating the complete patient, doing this all with conservative and preventative dentistry. It is important to Dr. Hulse that his patients understand the how and why treatment may be necessary.  He always gives his patients his honest
professional opinion, from which him and his patients, together can decide on treatment.

 

Anzela Lee, DDS
General and Cosmetic Dentistry

Dr. Anzela Lee, a Southern California native, graduated from Loma Linda University School of Dental Medicine in 2005. Her next year was spent training at Jerry L. Pettis Veterans Administration Medical Center in Hospital Dentistry. In the summer of 2006, Dr. Lee accepted a position as chief resident at NY Presbyterian/Weill-Cornell Medical College. During this time Dr. Lee also interned and participated in research at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center.

In addition, Dr. Lee has also taken advanced courses in Implantology, Endodontics and Oral Pathology. Dr. Lee's philosophy is that educated patients can make informed decisions about their treatment options. She creates an environment of comfort and open communication to ensure customized treatment. When not in the office, she enjoys baking, photography, travel and NYC restaurant hopping.

 

HYGIENISTS

Mariana Zambon, RDH

Mariana is a native of Brazil and arrived in the United States in 1999 in the quest of pursuing the dental field.  She entered the profession by working as a dental assistant in Scarsdale for her first five years.

Her ever-improving proficiency and overall enjoyment of the field lead her to attend Hostos Community College where she completed her degree in the field of Dental Hygiene.

Our Dental team is devoted to patient care and satisfaction. The assistants are always current in dental materials, technology and sterilization. They work together with the doctors to ensure that throughout the appointment, treatment is effortless for the patient.

Cindy’s charm makes her one of our valuable member of our dental care team. With over 23 years of experience on the field of dental assisting she successfully synthesizes the details, the organizing and the skills, all with a warm personality to assure that you will always feel cared for during your visit.
